 When buying a home, it’s important to understand your options prior to searching for a home. We take into account all of your needs, finances, and history to help you choose the right home loan for you. Whether you are a first-time buyer or an experienced home owner, purchasing a new home can be a stressful process. The Ruby Team is here to walk you through the process every step of the way!

STEP 1: PRE-APPROVAL

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience, and lets sellers know you’re a qualified buyer!

STEP 2: HOME SHOPPING

As a pre-approved Buyer, you’ll be able to start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

STEP 3: LOAN APPLICATION

Once you’ve a home, we can then begin gathering the required documents to submit your loan application.

STEP 4: LOAN PROCESSING

When your application is submitted, our loan processors start preparing your application for underwriting review.

STEP 5: LOAN APPROVAL

During underwriting, we evaluate your application and request any documentation needed for approving your home loan.

STEP 6: CLOSING

Once the loan is approved, documents can be drawn and prepared for funding your loan & closing on your new property!
